After 4 years of continuous victimization by the system starting in 1996 it was obvious there was no justice to be found in a system rampant with corruption. It was also obvious that doing the right thing in favor of making cash flow to the top, it was the cash that would bring it down and justice would have to emerge before it stopped crashing.
Have you wondered why the RCMP refused to hold a separate investigation along side the Gomery inquiry.. elections Canada would have to hold the evidence that would have should who was elected on the $40 million burglarized from the national treasury. How much cash changed hands to make it happen is the problem Afghanistan has, corruption, paid to look the other way.
How many RCMP members split the million in overtime earned with the  fabricated terrorist plans of Nuttal?
Every corner from the courts using sole custody to generate child support claw backs to the RCMP looking the other way for political reasons or one of their own involved in criminal activity, the stink of corrupt as predicted has circled the globe.
In 2000 I created email lists of every stock exchange, brokerage house and money managers who conveniently listed their email address on the company web site, including boards of directors,, yes separate list and btw I excluded anything Canadian.
My news letter contained articles of corruption, obvious cover ups they are too arrogant to bother to hide, with statistics and raw data and documents. All the reasons why international investors should shun the rampant corruption of the justice system allowing rampant corruption throughout from top to bottom and back up.
They were signed with, No justice, No investment.
In conjunction with a shared parenting group with an international voice I joined in 1998, no justice because a threat to our corrupt system, and lol, I didn't make any new friends in our government. The predictable outcome of using sole custody to generate revenue forced hundreds of thousands of children into poverty, the number one indicator of a criminal lifestyle. Vancouver property crime increased to four times that of NYC as the child poverty rate in BC doubled in a decade from 1 in 10 to 1 in 5.
A decade after no justice circulated the predicted outcomes were obvious, and BC was forced to abandoned it child support claw back program September 1st, 2015, Ontario followed this January 1st. The rest of Canada is still too arrogant to consider the implication of the international support of the children of divorce.
No reasonably intelligent person would tie up large sums in a country that looks the other way, unless its an out of country company or investors, then who will you turn to, the corrupt RCMP who not only look the other way but scammed the made up Nuttal terrorist activity for a million in overtime without anyone raising issue, some countries call that fraud among other things.. better to stay away.
No need to go into much more detail than investors started leaving Canada in 2002 and had completed their exodus by 2006 in everything except raw resources and currency speculation.
By 2015 it was obvious the federal government, the provincial government, the RCMP and the courts intended to ride out the storm, typical mentality of a criminal leaning. There was nothing left to do but fire a full salvo, sink enough to make them reconsider. The graph bares out that the program has had an impact on the Canadian economy. With record child poverty caused by half our workers living paycheck to paycheck through more than a decade of stagnant wage growth.
The situation will continue the rapid decay of the last 2 years just like the moral values of all our political parties.
The law will be recognized and upheld.

mayoral race, out of reach.

People tend to believe those they need to trust, including who to vote for, had I the opportunity the campaign would have started with the following.
In the end it comes down to whether people believe I have a personal agenda that encompasses the multitude of extremes attributed to me.
Did I deserve a night in jail because I was a threat to my kids or their mother,, ridiculous, the thought of hitting a women has never crossed my mind and my kids. I take the notion as a personal insult of the highest order.
Getting out of child support, another ridiculous statement as I can prove through the court order I am not and have never been in arrears. Another insult attributed to the legal aid lawyer Thornton that brought his legal aid rate up to full rate with the child support I gave consent to be held by the courts, in case I missed a payment dealing with cancer.
Drug abuse.. they dropped it when they couldn't find a single person that Id been around any white powder with. My work record for decades is slowing down to a 60 hr week for a rest. You can't do that abusing your body, even just a few drinks a night. People that don't know me buy into the cover up.
Mentally ill, delusional. No doubt losing my kids put me into a state of serious depression for years, but delusional.. fathers rights groups base gender bias because women will sole custody over 80% of cases but when there is even a whiff the government will pocket the child support it goes to 100%. Its no delusion the courts are using sole custody to generate revenue.
After cash from the criminals that took part.. the RCMP, I admit it. Sure why not and lots of money for the amount of suffering they caused over a piddly amount of cash.
Still using the lies but only using them in whisper mode even though they know its all lies with the goal of pocketing as much cash as they could.
Just that short list certainly gives motive to cash or vengeance or whatever one means by personal agenda.
Then there are the children of divorce.
Fifteen years ago I accurately predicted the results of the courts using sole custody to generate revenue to government through child support claw backs. BC double the child poverty rate from 1 in 10 to 1 in 5... in a decade. This became such a hot button issue BC ended the criminally heinous practice in 2015.
The question comes down to.. do you believe I'll every see a cash settlement from the RCMP or has the lack of investment due to no justice no investment that has given over 50,000 BC kids a better Christmas, my agenda?
The no investment no justice agenda started in 2000. I think the writing has been on the wall since then, its just recently the justice was replaced long ago with no investment.
Its now just. No Investment.
Given that justice was my main focus I'm more of a spectator and looking forward to a little free time.

Simmering on the back burner

In 1998 I became an advocate for the children of divorce after discovering my children had little hope for justice.
By 2000 I had projected the results of the current status of the best interests of the child by family court using the current multitudes of academia studies and statscan reports. The results predicted were so painfully obvious yet only nominal interest by a few politicians only looking for votes. That made it painfully obvious the need to escalate to force.
The results justify force.. number one indicator of a criminal life style is childhood poverty.. Canada set new child poverty records. BC doubled child poverty from one in ten to one in five in a decade. Hundreds of thousands of children forced to grow up in poverty because the provinces claw back tens of millions in paid child support.
Only force could overcome the depth of evil the tax man operates in.
Only a criminal enterprise would systematically create mass childhood poverty for gain. You've heard the propaganda child support if for the children yet the American collection agency.. FMEP.. spends the bulk of its resources on collection that will wind up in government pockets. Fathers rights groups bemoan the courts are gender bias because of the high mother sole custody... but if there is even a whiff the child support will get clawed back it goes to one hundred percent.
Proof positive the courts are not gender bias.. they are tax bias. That kind of evil can only be fought with force.

Filing criminal informations.

If you've read much of this blog you'll know the even bypassing the police and the prosecutor and filing charges directly with the courts.. the courts are easily corrupt enough to squash the charges without reason.

Charge the person yourself—if the police won’t investigate or the prosecutor won’t charge the person and you still disagree with their decisions, you can ask a Justice of the Peace (a JP) to charge the person based on “private information”. If the offence is in the Criminal Code, a JP has to accept the charge.

Putting a decade of abuse into an acceptable legal document isn't any easier than living in through it.
I made a comment a couple of decades ago proposing the systematic failure to abide by the law and the deceit and inevitable cover up that goes along with rampant corruption will collapse the system all on its own.
BC doubling the child poverty rate in a decade from 1 in 10 to 1 in 5 when 90% of child support is paid, and the crime rate cover up are the results. A top G-8 economy followed by half the people with a job is living paycheck to paycheck with the fastest growing wealth gap are the results.
No justice, No investment didn't kick in strong enough or fast enough to turn the ship even though the last 9 quarters of investment in Canada were negative. See second comment.
I don't expect filing criminal information with the courts will ever see a second hearing but that result will excel as an enforcement to no justice...still the only path to justice.

Clarity

In reading this blog one could infer that the largest plank my platform is replacing the rcmp with a local and if possible the provincial and national force. The post no more corruption is the plank.. a sliver.
The main plank is a green economy utilising 0 GHG run of the river hydrogen.
We have proven technology and there will shortly be a hydrogen demand to supply fuel cells made by Vancouvers Ballard Power for one.
Initial estimates put the cost after infastructure cheaper than gas.
The road access is already in place.. with no need for transmission lines the infastructure itself has an almost 0 environmental footprint.. with far less cost than a hydro dam.
I have the experience of engineering.. construction.. and in business to deliver a green economy that will provide good paying long term jobs while savings for the consumer.

Growth not Taxes.
In a 5 year period under the current global economic system of stimulus the 1% have increased ownership of the worlds wealth from 44% to 50% while the 99% have gone 'another' $75 Trillion in debt.
It is already very evident things will not end well whether you are the 1% or the top 10% or the 99%.
Stimulus is as predicted a wealth transfer, more debt is not a global economic plan.
Locally.
Run of the river hydrogen generation uses surplus high flow water using only elevation through a piping system. The only exception to a 0 footprint is the loading station, no dams, no transmission clear cuts, only uses existing mainline logging roads for propane type hydrogen fuel cell powered truck transport to commercial outlets.
The hydrogen highway has been stalled since the  2010 Winter Olympics due to the high cost and availability of hydrogen. Run of the river hydrogen generation can supply hydrogen at competitive costs to fossil fuels. Proto type miniature hydrogen fuel cells to charge batteries on electric cars guarantee a future hydrogen market for direct automotive fuel or hybrid, hydrogen over electric battery.

Politically.
I ran the no side of the taxation process for an indoor pool. After debating the issue with Walter Kassion the elected regional director the no side won by a large margin. They were forced to abandon their taxation plan with a broader plan, which, lol they bypassed with a dollar.
The then sitting mayor suggested I run for councilor at large, I was already maxed out slowing to a 60 hr work week just for a rest.

Taxation and political leaning.
A fiscal conservative populous from a career spanning both union and nonunion jobs.
The current taxation system was popularized by the Romans 2500 years ago and perfected by the Kings and their sheriffs 1500 years ago. Through taxation and fees etc 60 cents of our earned dollar goes to the government yet governments keep racking up record debt. It hardly seems arguable the system is failing. Simplifying to a single consumption tax would save government money and increase spending power of consumers. The basics of a straight consumption tax replacing all others means the more you make the more it costs to spend it.
Food, accommodation and health exempt.


Voting for a mayor could be your vote for a  nominated federal government to replace our broken elected federal system. Promoting grass roots democracy right to the growing tendrils is a pledge as a mayor.

On less taxes with economic growth

My business associates and colleagues know the only business I had to walk away from as a failure was stolen. The workers in logging mining and construction I've worked with have never hesitated in working with or for me. Rock super for EAC, Ledcor, drill and blast foreman, Goodbrand.
Bid successfully for upgrade rock work at Dry Gulch for Jim Dent Construction, heavy equipment operator for several other local contractors as well as my own heavy contracting. Logging contractor, May Trucking.
Grade 8, self educated mining engineer, Giant Mascot production head surveyor, Carolin Mines, chief engineer exploration phase.
In the fall of 1996 I had surgery for cancer scheduled. The treatments till then made me too sick to work so during the summer I went off the treatments to keep working and have a paycheck for child support. It is the reason I only had a 50 50 chance after surgery.
Up to till the FMEP poison pen campaign I was always top of the rehire list. I get the job done.
I am not now nor have I ever been in arrears in child support, (documents).
The debate on whether to replace the national RCMP with a local police force was in debate during their last contract negotiations with the government.
I am bondable with 2 criminal record checks in the last 2 decades.

Climate change is happening as close as our Pacific shores and it is happening at many times the speed of the most pessimistic projections.
The blob, a hundreds of square miles of record Pacific temperatures, 3 degrees Celsius. There was a record plankton bloom that decomposed into hundreds of miles of oxygen depleted death zones with the end of a record toxic algae bloom. Another wild salmon run is missing.
The kicker, 3 billion people rely on the oceans as their main source of protein.Record personal debt and government debt ($70B for BC) is now a bigger factor making the current tax situation untenable if not unsustainable. Costs continue to go up while wages are stagnant and full time is being replaced with part time, or minimum wage, completely evaporating any chance of taxing our way out of debt, competitive growth is the only solution.

My interest in run of the river electrical generation started in 1979 when I had a 6 inch 129 PSI irrigation line available through the winter. At the time the only way to regulate the speed of the Pelton water wheel was mechanical, very temperamental. A digital switch now moves the power around on demand letting the wheel run at a constant feed mechanically reducing it to one moving part.
From a mining engineering standpoint construction of run of river hydrogen generation projects are relatively standard. As regulated by stream flows and virtually 0 footprint environmentally planning and implementation with conversions to demand would exceed the current cost and technology of electric.
Regardless of the second plank resuscitating the hydrogen highway with abundant competitively priced hydrogen is the first priority. Locally built and maintained, remotely operated and monitored in the fuel of the future is growth and jobs.
There are trillions of dollars sitting in cash accounts around the world looking for a stable long term investment driven by stable demand. multiple hydrogen fuel cell manufactures in a position to expand into automotive along with all the manufactures expanding to alternative fuels. There is work going on with a hybrid using an onboard miniature hydrogen fuel cell to charge the battery and could factor in availability into development spending. Even if the world goes full electric hydrogen is the fuel to charge the batteries, the fuel of the future.

The City of Richmond has moved a step closer to establishing an independent police department to replace its RCMP detachment.

After 20 years of informing everyone from the federal AG down on criminal involvement by the Hope RCMP detachment, and refused action or recognition the case must now be decided by the highest court in the land. The court of public opinion expressed through an election.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police ignored multiple serious child assaults to avoid detection of their complicity in the commission of a major crime and then protected by the entire justice system right up to the federal level.
The story I stole the cash and put $250,000 in cocaine up my nose in a year is nothing but a hatchet job on my credibly. The only witnesses if there are any to drug use are all people involved in the theft, how is their credibility?

Following up on the hatchet job Widden (married..dated ex.) even had me spend a night in jail for sitting in my car out on the street waiting for my kids on a court ordered visitation day. Arrested for breach of the peace even though there was no peace bond. There was after that, 6 months no visitation. They have no explanation or excuses nor do they take and responsibility on how they went from the best police for in the world to one of the most corrupt.

There is no need to stress the importance of our children's rights. When that trust is broken by the authorities it is time to make wholesale changes.

Note, while contributing to multiple vicious assaults on my 5 and 7 year old the officer laughed when I asked for the status of the complaints the children filed.

After almost 2 decades the question remains, why were multiple assaults reported by my children ignored by the RCMP.
